Each of our classes utilizes Brain Dance movements that develop the whole brain. Brain Dance movements replicate neuro-developmental patterns that help to wire the central nervous system and lay the foundation for life long learning. Brain Dance concepts are supportive concepts that can help keep the brain and body strong and healthy throughout one’s lifetime.

CYT Dallas Fort-Worth offers classes over the course of three sessions during the school year. Weekly classes last for two hours and run for ten consecutive weeks. A variety of classes are offered in drama, voice, dance, and specialty classes.
Company members are selected annually in open auditions for pre-professional dancers (age 14+). There are also performing opportunities for Dallas Ballet Company Apprentices (age 13+), Apprentice Trainees (age 13+), and Junior company members (age 12+).
