North Texas Performing Arts
Starcatchers is NTPA’s therapeutic arts program designed specifically for performers with disabilities. Programs for youth and adults include drama, music, dance, and visual art with opportunities ranging from large theatre productions to intimate art classes. The Starcatchers believe that the future of the performing arts is accessible to all.
What makes the Starcatchers program unique is its relational approach. Our Performance Partners support actors in areas such as learning lines and stage cues, prompting during performances, and facilitating small group activities. Through this partnership, Starcatchers are able to advocate for themselves and build connections with their community
KidLinks
KidLinks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides healing, hope, and happiness for children and families through 1:1 music therapy programs, therapeutic music entertainment, and online music media. For over four decades, KidLinks has provided healing experiences for children with special challenges, funded therapeutic music initiatives, implemented university-level music therapy training, and offered free/low-cost treatment programs.
