Offering a wide range of programs, from PreK classes to Competitive Teams, cheer, open gym and more. Caring and motivated coaches instruct students in a positive learning environment. Younger classes focus on self-esteem, body awareness, coordination and overall strength. Beginner classes do the same but also work basic gymnastics technique while working skills on all apparatus. Team classes work to refine skills, build strength, increase flexibility, and prepare for competition.

AFTER SCHOOL ARTS PROGRAM
3:30-6:30 Monday-Friday From watercolor and drawing, dance and theater to marital arts and culinary training, students will get to experience a variety of classes so they can find out exactly where their interests and talents lie.
