Winter Wonders Winter Break Mini Camp
Come learn about our native animals in Texas and how they adapt to cold weather. We will get to know the animals at the Heard, meet some of our animal ambassadors, and enjoy fun games and activities.

How do animals survive in the winter? Come learn about our native animals in Texas and how they adapt to cold weather. We will get to know the animals at the Heard, meet some of our animal ambassadors, and enjoy fun games and activities. Preregistration is required. Participants should dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on uneven gravel. Participants should also bring water in a carrier.
Kindergarten – 6th Grade (Minimum age 5 years on September 1, 2024)
