Summer Camp- Heritage Farmstead Museum
Summer Camp at the Heritage Farmstead Museum is an unforgettable opportunity for children to get outside, explore nature and connect with history. Campers will experience all the best of Heritage Farmstead Museum, exploring agricultural history, enjoying nature and creek life on our 4-acre historical site. Camp is designed to educate and inspire children, as well as build confidence, emphasize teamwork and maximize fun!
Activities during the week-long camp include learning about farm animals and assisting with animal care chores such as feeding, brushing, and pen cleanup; exploring Pittman Creek for aquatic creatures and fossils; learning how chores were done in the past; playing outdoor games; exploring the historic farmstead and crafts.
