Feeling stressed? You are not alone! Today, people are feeling more stress than ever. The past year has been difficult in many ways, largely due to factors outside of our control.

Stress is not always a bad thing. In situations where you are in danger that boost of adrenaline can save you. When you have a looming deadline, or you are participating in a competitive athletic event stress can help your performance.

It is the chronic stress we have come to live with in today’s world that is harmful. Your ability to manage that stress is critical to your overall health and well-being.
