Many of our native or adapted plants and wildflowers can be propagated easily by seed!

Learn the basic challenges and rewards of seed saving including seed selection, harvesting strategies, germination and dormancy requirements, as well as planting times and techniques for successful reproduction of some of our favorite Texas plants! And the BEST part of this class- prepare to get your hands dirty, cause we’ll have a ball making our own Texas native wildflower seed bombs AND throwing them at the John Bunker Sands Wetland Center!
