Registration is open and spots are available for our second Level 4 (9th-12th grade) show of the Spring semester OUR TOWN!! Auditions are coming up in March so don't delay, register today and join us for an exciting, meaningful, and fun theatrical experience!

OUR TOWN
SYNOPSIS:
Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize-winning Our Town is a classic play that explores the simple joys and profound sorrows of life in a small American town. Narrated by the “Stage Manager”, we follow young lovers George and Emily as they grow up, fall in love, and confront the inevitability of death. With humor, wit, and exceptionally powerful storytelling, this timeless tale will make you laugh, cry, and reflect on the preciousness of every moment.
AUDITIONS:
Video Auditions will be due March 12th - to be submitted in the Google Classroom you'll join when you register.
In Person Auditions will be Monday, March 24 from 5:30PM-8:30PM
You do not have to do both auditions; you may choose one or the other, but note if you submit a video the director might ask you to also join the in-person auditions on the 24th.
Material: Full Audition information will be posted in your Google Classroom. Students will perform a monologue from the show and should be ready to perform sides at the audition. You will submit an audition form, headshot, and resume linked your Google Classroom.
REHEARSALS:
Every Wednesday, 5:30 pm-9:00 pm, March 26-April 16.
Additional Rehearsals: Thursday, April 17th; Saturday, April 19th
**Potential to add small group rehearsals on Fridays (except for 4/18) if needed.**
SET BUILD:
Wednesday, April 16th from 5:30 pm-9 pm . This will also be used for rehearsal time. All students and one parent per actor are required to attend.
TECH WEEK:
Monday-Thursday, April 21st-24th, 5:30 PM-9 PM
PERFORMANCES:
FRIDAY: April 25th @ 7 pm
SATURDAY: April 26th @ 2 pm & 7 pm
SUNDAY: April 27th @ 3pm (Love Notes @ 12:30p) | Strike after the Sunday show
