Craft Giveaway Day: Pipe Cleaner Flower cards

Pick up a craft in the Children's Library to enjoy completing at home. These special craft kits are available one per child, while supplies last. This month enjoy making a pipe cleaner flower card. Supplies you'll need at home: glue, scissors, and markers.
