36th Annual MLK Celebrations in Garland
This year marks 36 years that we've held MLK celebrations in Garland. We always celebrate the Saturday and Sunday BEFORE the national MLK holiday.

- Our theme this winter is: "Spotlighting Jack and Jill of America (NED) on MLK Day"
- Grand marshal will be Kristyn Senters, president of the Northeast Dallas Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
- The parade begins on Diary Rd @ Garden Drive on Jan. 18th @ 10AM and ends at the Granville Arts Center.
- The musical entitled "Freedom's Symphony" begins at 12-noon on Jan. 18th, in the Brownlee Auditorium
- The Youth Extravaganza begins at 4PM on Jan. 19th @ in the Brownlee Auditorium
