Wellness Series - Kids Creative Movement

Welcome to the Kids Summer Wellness Series! This Creative Movement class will offer your child the opportunity to be creative and express themselves through movement while developing gross motor skills and coordination with fun activities including dance, gymnastics and yoga. The class will allow children’s natural curiosity to flourish with an emphasis on building self-esteem, focus and independence.
Suitable for children ages 3-6. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire class time.
These classes will be held outdoors in Sammons Park, next to the Center Café, on soft artificial turf. Please dress yourself and your child comfortably, athletic shoes, hats, sunscreen and plenty of water are recommended. We encourage bringing a towel and a yoga mat but are not required to take the class.
NOTE: Since this is an outdoor event it may be affected by inclement weather. If a session will be canceled we will contact our RSVP list as early as possible.
