Wylie 500 Pedal Car Race

More than 100 children select a unique car of their choice that has been provided and decorated by local merchants and race down Ballard Avenue in heats of six. Winners receive trophies in two age brackets. The $10 entry fee includes a T-shirt and proceeds benefit area Special Olympics and historic downtown Wylie beautification.
